About

Duo Eclettico make their debut at MC Showroom with a program highlighting original works for saxophone and piano by Melbournian composers. Here, they present a program of works showcasing the superb originality and power of a selection of Australian composers writing for this combination of instruments. Works by Katy Abbott, Linda Kouvaras and John Carmichael are featured alongside works by two young composers, Gulliver Poole’s Solicitude and the world premiere of Sam Williams’ Insurgence.
