What is your refund policy?
Pre-paid event. Nonrefundable after 10, December 2021. No discounts.Should this event be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions the ticket price (excluding booking fees) will be refunded to you in full. Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis.
Large Table Bookings
Limited bookings are available, for tables of over 8 people, please call our Sales & Marketing Team directly on 03 6311 1016.
Is there a reduced price for non-alcoholic tickets?
Teen, children & under 3 years old pricing has all been adjusted to reflect this, however, all adult pricing is the same.
Can my group/table book individually and sit together?
Yes, however with very limited bookings it is not recommended. If you need to add on a booking or must book individually, come up with a fun table name and mention this in the field provided.
Can you accommodate my dietary requirements/food allergies?
We always strive to cater to your food allergies, for this event we can cater for vegan and gluten-free dietaries. If you have other food allergies or preferences, please call the hotel directly.
