The Russell Family Jazz Show
Location
About
Long regarded as “One of Australia’s most talented musical dynasties… ” (John Morrison, drummer, brother of James M) the Russell Family siblings – Sharny voc), Steve (piano) & Helen (bass) - performed frequently together as a jazz group In the early ‘90’s. They are each known nationally for their jazz prowess and exciting performances. Now that they are spread between Brisbane, Byron Bay and Armidale NSW these family events are less frequent and consequently more of a special occasion - a celebration.
An eclectic, heart-warming and lively feast of fresh arrangements of great jazz standards, wonderful originals from all three siblings, plus some a cappella vocals! Paul Hudson will be joining them on drums, and you are in for a night of musical fun.
Book now for this special concert as they sold out last time they performed in Brisbane!
