About
Bright Star tells a sweeping tale of love and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the American south in the 1920’s and 1940’s.
In 1946, Alice Murphy, a literary editor, meets Billy Cane, a young soldier just returned from World War II. Their connection awakens Alice’s longing for a child she once lost and she sets out on a journey to understand her past.
