Bunyip North Quarry - 1:1 Session - Traffic Specialist (A)

Heidelberg Materials Australia (HMA) invites you to book a 15-minute one-on-one appointment with our Traffic Specialist at the Bunyip North Quarry EES Community Information Session.

This session provides you with the opportunity to speak directly with the technical expert who prepared the traffic assessment for the EES, to ask questions and discuss the findings and proposed mitigation measures.

Please note that two traffic specialists are available for this topic running simultaneous sessions. Specialist A and Specialist B will cover the same content so you only need to book with one. If your preferred time slot is not available with one specialist please check availability with the other.

Please note:

• Bookings are required. Walk-in attendance is not available
• Each appointment is 15 minutes structured as 10 minutes discussion and 5 minutes wrap-up
• If we are unable to cover all of your questions during the session we will take these on notice and follow up in writing after the event
• If you would like to meet with more than one specialist please visit each specialist's individual booking page and select a different time slot for each to avoid clashing appointments

We appreciate that 15 minutes is a short amount of time to cover all of your questions. To make the most of your appointment we strongly encourage you to submit your questions in advance at the time of booking. This allows the specialist to prepare thoroughly and ensures your discussion time is focused on the topics most important to you. Any questions we are unable to cover during the session will be taken on notice and the project team will follow up with a written response after the event.
