Australian Short Story Festival 2026
The Australian Short Story Festival celebrates the subtle and exciting art and craft of the short story form. This year's festival will be held at Victoria Hall and the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle from 27th to 29th of November 2026, and will include workshops, panel discussions, author interviews, live music and readings. Featuring some of our finest storytellers including Alex Cothren, Lucy Nelson, Eugen Bacon, Gillian O'Shaughnessy, Holden Sheppard and more!
