The weekend before All-Hallows.
October 24th 2026 at Lot 19 in Castlemaine.
The Lot 19 Tram, carrying the World's Kniterati, sets off, on a journey to the famous Knitting Festival held on the Mysterious Sleeve-Island.
But the journey will prove perilous!
Betrayal, lust, greed and jealousy! All of this, the true Heart of Darkness, will be channeled through the apparently benign arts of knitting and crochet!
Deadly needles and dangerous hooks!
Will an innocent crafter be stitched up?
Will the wool be pulled over Monsieur Purl-Row's eyes?
Will the Detective, with his hitherto unknown skill as a superlative lace knitter, be able to untangle the mystery.
Will he know the difference between a German cast on and an Italian tubular?
