Bippi and LaManna are opening the doors to Nonna’s VIP Lounge — an immersive Italian experience inspired by the food, family and traditions that make Nonna’s house feel like home.

Across your 20-minute journey, you’ll move through six stops inspired by the familiar rituals of visiting Nonna — from checking in and settling into the living room, to taking your seat at the table and finishing with an espresso and a game of Briscola.

There’ll be something to taste, experience or take home at every stop.

YOUR JOURNEY ✈️

1. CHECK-IN — VIP WELCOME DRINK
Your journey begins at Ring for Nonna’s Surprise. Check in, ring the bell and collect your VIP welcome appertivo before making your way inside.

2. THE WAITING LOUNGE — ANTIPASTO
Step into Nonna’s living room, settle into the lounge and enjoy a curated antipasto tasting featuring Bippi and LaManna favourites, surrounded by the familiar stories and details of home.

3. THE ARRIVALS HALL — A LETTER HOME
With the clocks set to Rome and Calabria, pause to write a letter, memory or message to Nonna before continuing your journey.

4. NONNA’S KITCHEN & FIRST CLASS DINING ROOM — PASTA
Take your seat at Nonna’s table for a first-class tasting inspired by the recipes, traditions and hospitality of home, featuring pasta served with Bippi's Vodka Sugo.

5. NONNA’S SOCIAL CLUB — ESPRESSO, SNACKS & BRISCOLA
Finish the feast the Italian way. Enjoy an espresso, crostoli and Bippi Italian Pretzels while connecting over a game of Briscola.

6. BAGGAGE CLAIM — YOUR WELCOME HOME BAG
Before you leave, make one final stop at Baggage Claim to collect your Welcome Home bag, filled with Bippi favourites, Nonna’s VIP Lounge keepsakes and a $10 LaManna voucher to spend in store.

BRINGING LITTLE ONES?

Children under 5 are welcome to join a ticket-holding parent or guardian and do not require their own ticket.They’re welcome to walk through the space and experience the journey alongside you.

Please note that complimentary under-5 entry does not include a dedicated seat, food, drinks or a Welcome Home bag.If you’d like your child to have their own seat and receive the full food, drink and take-home inclusions, please purchase a First Class Ticket for them.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Due to the limited-capacity and timed nature of Nonna’s VIP Lounge, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please select your session carefully, as bookings cannot be cancelled or transferred to another session once confirmed.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact the Bippi team at hello@bippifoods.com as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, however refunds, cancellations or session changes cannot be guaranteed.
