About

The Christmas Society Ball is an annual end-of-year celebration, bringing together members of the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney's University Chaplaincies, Alumni and the wider Catholic community to celebrate the Christmas season and reflect on the year gone by.

Now in its 26th year, the Ball celebrates a longstanding journey of faith, friendship, and community, while looking ahead with anticipation to the 2028 International Eucharistic Congress.

Held at the magnificent Sydney Town Hall, one of Australia's grandest heritage venues, the Christmas Society Ball offers an elegant evening of joy, fellowship, and festivity, honouring the journey behind us and the community we continue to build together.
