About
It's 25 years since the greatest draft in AFL history, widely known as the 'Superdraft'. The 2001 crop includes champions like Luke Hodge, Luke Ball, Chris Judd, Jimmy Bartel, Sam Mitchell, Gary Ablett Jnr, Dane Swan and many more.
Riot Content in conjunction with AFL.com.au have created an engrossing three-part documentary featuring more than a dozen interviews delving into the remarkable stories from the 2001 off-season. We delve into how key decisions from players, coaches, recruiters, board members and agents alike shaped club fortunes for the next two decades.
This live event is a great opportunity to hear more from the experts, with Cal Twomey and Riley Beveridge bringing ‘Gettable’ to the stage, while Nat Edwards will host a Superdraft Q&A with special guests from the documentary. Following this discussion, the audience will enjoy a first-look screening of episode one.
