Join us for an interactive evening of discovery as we explore a selection of wines from around Australia in a partly blind tasting experience. You'll be invited to rely on your senses, make your own observations, and perhaps challenge a few assumptions along the way.
As you taste each mystery wine, you'll have the opportunity to guess the variety, region or style. Need a little help? We'll provide clues along the way to guide you closer to the answer before the big reveal.
As each wine is unveiled, we'll uncover the stories behind the bottle, discuss the clues hidden in the glass, and discover how perception can influence what we taste.
A portion of the wines will be revealed and explored together, giving you the opportunity to compare your impressions with the stories behind each bottle.
Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or simply curious to learn more, this relaxed and engaging experience promises plenty of surprises, lively discussion, and a few 'I didn't see that coming' moments.
