Kidney Supportive Care  Symposium is an opportunity to hear the world’s leading international speakers, new developments in Kidney Research and Supportive Care and showcase a blueprint for improved health services.

Early Bird Registration $120: Opens on 4 September 2017 to 1 December 2017

Standard Registration $150: 2 December 2017 to 25 January 2018

Your registration fee includes morning tea and lunch.

Please note your receipt may show the register’s name and not the delegate’s name. Your facility name will be listed on the receipt which can be used to submit a personal expense claim form.
