A locally sourced celebration of food, agriculture & community at Montalto
Simone Watts & Montalto’s head chef Gerard Phelan have created an evening showcasing local produce whilst highlighting the labour and love of the Peninsula’s farming community. The ingredients for each dinner haven’t been purchased in ordinary restaurant fashion, but rather exchanged for Simone’s time at each farm.
6.30pm arrival for a 7pm start.
