- A one-off opportunity to share a delicious Gazan meal prepared with the international chef, Laila el Haddad. Our menu is mainly vegetarian with one fish dish. Laila will introduce you to the rich history and variety of foods from Gaza which celebrate the life and recipes of a resilient people living under harsh political oppression. Gazan cuisine is part of the Middle Eastern repertoire, but derives its unique flavours from its location on the borders of Africa and Asia.
