Purchase Terms & Conditions:

1.    The promoter is Northern Beaches Council, 1 Belgrave St, Manly, telephone 9976 1500
2.    The promotion is only available to purchase online at www.trybooking.com.au
3.    The purchase of one unit includes two official 'Taste of Manly' event glasses for $10.00 incl. GST, and is a pre event promotion only;
4.    The closing date for the promotion is 12pm on Friday 26th May 2017 or until the limited allocation has been exhausted.
5.    Tickets will be emailed to the provided email address nominated by the purchaser.
6.    The official event glasses will be available for pick-up during 11.30am - 5pm on 27 and 28 May 2017 from the exclusive pre-sales marquee. Please note: No postage option is available.
7.     The promotion is not redeemable for cash.
8.     This promotion does not include any wine, beer or cider pours at the event.
9.    In the event of a misplaced ticket, glasses can be collected with purchaser's photo ID.
10.    A person attends these events at their own risk and Northern Beaches Council does not accept any liability for any attendee or for the attendee’s guests’ expenses, personal injury, damage, theft or loss in connection with the purchase even if that loss is caused or contributed to by a negligent act or omission on the part of Northern Beaches Council, its members, employees, agents or contractors.
11.   'Taste of Manly' is a licensed special event and it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years at the event.
12.    A refund of the purchase is only offered in case of a complete event cancellation, 27 and 28 May 2017 inclusive, by Northern Beaches Council.
13.    By making a purchase, a person is taken to have knowledge of these Terms and Conditions and to have accepted and agreed to them in their totality and without qualification.
