Racism exists, and not in neat tidy boxes with big clear labels. Sometimes racism is hateful, sometimes ignorant, sometimes racism is unintentional, sometimes it is from someone you love, sometimes it is internal, sometimes racism manifests in more ways than one - what we do know is that racism is everywhere. We were taught racism at school, read racism in books, watched it in old westerns, we sang along to racist songs before we understood what racism was.
