The Bitters Lab is very excited to announce our next cocktail class: "DIY Tonic Masterclass".

This class will be an exploration of quinine, the key component in tonic, and how to make delicious tonic syrup for use in home made Gin and Tonics. The exceptionally knowledgeable Nick Tesar, previously of Gin Palace and Lume, and currently of Bad Frankie and Bar Liberty, will be demonstrating how to make tonic at home, as well as discussing the history of cinchona, quinine and tonic, its uses, and recipes ideas and tricks. 

The class will include a drink on arrival, a demonstration of how to make your own tonic syrup at home, as well as recipes ideas. The shop will be open for half an hour following, with DIY tonic kits available for purchase.
