Join us for a night of blue grass, toe tapping and fund raising, as we join forces to make the Bass Coast Health's Hospital in the Home (HITH) program a reality!
Tickets are $35 per person which includes concert entry, a drink and nibbles. There will also be a charity auction on the night with some amazing items up for grabs.

HOSPITAL IN THE HOME (HITH) PROGRAM
All proceeds will go towards the Bass Coast Health HITH program which will commence later this year. HITH will provide patients who have been assessed as requiring specific treatment which could be provided in their own home. It aims to keep people out of hospital.
In the first 12 months, the program will target patients with specific conditions such as those requiring transfusions, pneumonia, cellulitis, other infections and wounds. A specialist acute nurse will visit a patient in the home up to two to three times per day (with medical staff providing telemedicine oversight) and staff will be on call for overnight support as required
