Gin Cocktail Masterclass with Four Pillars (SOLD OUT)

 

We are pleased to announce that our next class at The Bitters Lab will be: "Gin Cocktail Masterclass with Four Pillars"

 

In the lead-up to World Gin Day, we will be exploring the delightful world of gin cocktails with Sam Ng, Four Pillar's bartender at large. Sam is a multi-award-winning bartender with international experience – And having previously managed Black Pearl, one of the best cocktail bars in the world, Sam will bring a wealth of cocktail experience to this class. He will be showing off a variety of delicious gin cocktails drinks, and discussing the history and contemporary rise of gin, and its uses.

 

The class includes a drink on arrival, tastings of Sam’s gin cocktails as well as several of the Four Pillars gin range, including their new vintage of Shiraz gin.
