Dynamic and inspirational guitarist Rupert Boyd, familiar to Perth audiences through his highly-acclaimed ensemble the “Australian Guitar Duo,” returns to Australia in a stunning new chamber combination with Laura Metcalf on cello. Boyd is a guitarist of impeccable musicianship and stunning technique; this concert presents musical poetry in motion, with an eclectic program of works by Zenamon, Faure, Bach, Edwards, Gnattali, Piazzolla, de Falla, Pärt, and Michael Jackson.
