WAIS Talent Search - Rowing and Track Cycling

Are you interested in becoming an Olympian? The West Australian Institute of Sport is looking for talented 14-17 year old athletes who love a challenge to come down and test their strength and fitness and find out if they have what it takes to become the next rowing or cycling champion. Sucessfull athletes will be invited to join a tailored program in one of our partnered clubs designed to transition talented athletes into a new competitive sport. No experience needed!

Testing Detials:

Anthropometry Testing: Height, Weight, Armspan

Strength Testing: Leg Press, Arm Pull and Bench Press

Endurance Testing: Step Test on our Arm/Leg Dyno Bike.
