Come and spend the day at The Beatt for our 1 day retreat. The day will consist of - Vinyasa Flow yoga class 90mins - Smoothie - Treatment 30mins - Guided Meditation 45mins - A special lunch menu prepared by The Beatt Cafe - Talk from 1 of our practitioners 30mins - Yin yoga 90mins - Tea, Chai, Coffee, drinks - take home treats. 9am to 4pm.12 places available.
