For just the second time in our 15 year history, Montalto is coming to Melbourne for three nights only. From Thursday 26th October through to Saturday 28th October, Canvas House in South Melbourne will be home to Montalto – its wine, its food… and its new direction.
Enjoy a dinner of five courses, each matched to carefully selected Montalto wines for $150, all inclusive.
On the plate the focus will be on estate-grown produce. Having expanded Montalto’s working kitchen garden to three acres Gerard Phelan, Montalto’s Head Chef, says: “Our guests at Montalto in Town, like guests at our new Montalto Restaurant, can expect fine dining and innovative but recognisable food that is absolutely produce driven. We just want to turn the flavour up to 11”.
