New Year's Eve at Harrisons 2017

Celebrate the New Year in elegant style at the brand new Harrisons at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas.

7 pm for canapes and Champagne Perrier-Jouët on the Terrace followed by live entertainment and a 6 course degustation with matched wines in the air-conditioned dining room.

Our featured entertainment is the immaculate diva, Alteouise DeVaughn.

In keeping with the spirit of masquerade, Alteouise will surprise and delight all with her tasty offerings of operatic flavours. Borrowing on the theme, 'Phantom of the Opera' will lead us on an epic journey through the twisted and torturous lives of opera's greatest masquerades.

Carmen, the brazen hussy, seeking security and lasting love; Azucena, who in blind rage intended to burn the Count's son, but the tears in her eyes blinded her, she burnt her own son and raised the Count's as her own. The cunning Delilah, who in praises fires the ultimate destruction of every man. Vanity leads Samson to his own destruction.

The main course is followed with a delicious dessert to satisfy the most demanding palate. The ultimate masquerade: to live your dream, first you must dream a dream.

Afterparty is care of the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in the upstairs Daintree Lounge where the masquerade theme continues with a free to enter party complete with more live entertainment, cash bar and giant countdown screen.
