In our social and mass media filled lives, fake and real have become almost completely imperceptible. How can we see through the constant bombardment of images, posts, blogs, feeds, likes, shares, commercials and celebrity idolisation?
Mirror Mirror allows performer and audience alike to confront and examine themselves close up, peering into the looking glass to find what's beyond our reflection.
Participate in our Post-show Q&A forum
Join us after performances on Thursday 19, 7:30pm & Saturday 21, 2pm for an opportunity to ask the Creative Director and cast members’ questions about the work Mirror Mirror. We invite you to query the performance and discover further meaning behind its purpose from those who developed it. Based on their own experiences and current social climate, this is a rare opportunity to gain perspective of what some of our young people face in the new technological era.
We aim to reflect a broad range of views; provide a safe environment where people can respectfully discuss their ideas and create discussion that is constructive, fair and thought provoking.
Please be sure to dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes.
There will be a short walk involved at the commencement of the performance. There is an alternative entry for people with accessibility requirements.
