Sacred Rest is a lovingly crafted lush experience of deep healing restorative yoga. The workshop weaves a gentle fusion of restorative yoga, pranayama, evidence based iRest yoga nidra and divine crystal bowls sound healing. Being fully supported in restorative practices by blankets, bolsters and other props where no effort is required. Balancing the body's energy with therapeutic breathing methods to calm your nervous system, releasing tension and allowing the adrenal glands to rest.
