Description
Run by Jacob Taylor, creator of Australian bitters label Mister Bitters, this class will be all about bitters, the classic cocktail spice and digestif, and widely known as the Barman's spice rack. We will be focusing on a range of fun summer drinks to use bitters in, and show classic cocktail making techniques and recipes. Jacob has a wealth of information to share, and you might even get some tips on how to make your own bitters at home!
This class will include a drink on arrival, as well as tasters of a number of cocktails we will be making during the class, and nibbles.
