Festival of the Roast

The Loch takes the art of roasting to an entirely new level with a seven-course degustation and matching wines. Indulge in a wide array of local meats and vegetables from our farm and local fine meat suppliers including duck and spatchcock from John Meredith, Loch lamb and beef and pork from Red Leaf Farm. These delicious meats will be accompanied by the hallmark wines of Italian families in the Southern Highlands – St Maur, Sutton Forest Estate and Tertini among others.
