About
The Hibi Farm is a micro suburban farm that produces bread, beer, cheese, chocolate, honey, preserves, pottery and bicycles from scratch, amid thriving fruit and vegetable gardens. It is a social experiment in sustainable living, and the hub of a spontaneous community known as ‘the hood.
This event features a home tour of the farm, as part of RetroSuburbia ‘Aussie Street’ event organised by Local Food Connect, Banyule City Council, Nillumbik Council and Holmgren Design.
