Acclaimed Australian virtuoso guitarist and Head of Guitar at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Jonathan Paget presents souvenirs of the early Romantic guitar on a period instrument (replica by Simon Rovis-Hermann). Seducing us with delicate colours, beautiful melodies, and stormy virtuosity, Paget presents a vivid program ranging from the heroic to the sentimental, with pieces by Coste, Diabelli, Mertz, Sor and others.
