You may have seen Judy earlier this year introduce other speakers in the small business arena as part of the 'Grow Your Business' series in Gippsland, but this time Judy will be taking the stage as the keynote speaker.

Judy O'Connell
Victoria's Small Business Commissioner

Come and hear about the services provided by the VSBC for the small business community as well as current trends, case studies and success stories.

In December 2016 Judy commenced as the Small Business Commissioner, where she advocates to make sure Victorian small businesses have a fair and competitive environment to run their business.  Judy also manages the dispute resolution service; a quick and low cost alternative to resolving business disputes.

Having come from a family of small business owners; her father and two sisters operate their own business, Judy understands how small businesses operate and the issues that can impact on their business.

Judy has extensive experience working with small businesses with a public service career of over 30 years.
