Adelaide Hills Oktoberfest

Prancing Pony Brewery presents the inaugural Adelaide Hills Oktoberfest at Newenham Estate. 

We welcome friends and families to join us to be part of the celebration of traditional German culture. Oktoberfest is known as a large Volksfest (people's fair) celebrating community, agriculture, produce and of course beer. 

You will enjoy a full spread German fare from beer, food, costumes, games and entertainment. The event will be dressed in blue and white and feature long share tables to meet new and old friends. There will be a full day of German entertainment and games including stein holding & bretzel eating. 

We will even have some German style competitions for you to participate in! Including, for the guys - Adelaide's Best Moustache! To enter into the competition, fill out the application form here: bit.ly/AdelaideBestMoustache

We encourage all to embrace German Attire and come dressed in your best hat, lederhosen and dirndls. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be learning The Schuhplattler (German Slap Dancing).

There will also be a onsite carpark; however, we do advise that you designate a driver before arriving. Your safety is important to us.
