Ever wanted to grow gourmet mushrooms in your own backyard? The Hills Food Frontier is teaming up with King Oyster Mushrooms in Upwey to hold a make-you-own shiitake mushroom log workshop
You will be making and taking home at least two shiitake logs that will be ready to fruit next Autumn. The logs will provide amazing mushrooms for years to come with very little maintenance (just keep them out of the sun!).
