Join us for a hot plated breakfast to gain an understanding of how to develop and implement gender equity practices in your workplace. Hear from the CEO of Respect Victoria, Tracey Gaudry and learn about a current example of gender equity practice at the City of Greater Geelong.
A partnership event hosted by The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre (The SAFV Centre) and PIXELD as part of the global 16 Days of Activism for the Prevention of Violence Against Women and Children campaign. Following on from movements like #MeToo, #TimesUp, #NotOneMore, the theme this year is Orange The World : #hearmetoo.

Tracey Gaudry
CEO, Respect Victoria


Tracey Gaudry will take you through the function, vision and purpose of Respect Victoria.

Tracey Gaudry brings more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across community, sport, government, education and professional services sectors. She brings an ability to realise positive social and community change through long-term, strategic advocacy and stakeholder engagement, and with a focus on inclusion, diversity and gender equality.

Ms Gaudry's recent executive roles include CEO of Hawthorn Football Club, the first woman to serve in the role, and CEO of the Amy Gillett Foundation. Tracey is a Board Director of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and President of the UCI Women’s Commission. She also serves on the Advisory Council for Sports Environmental Alliance and the Deakin University Sport Network Advisory Board.

Helen will overview our organisation including who we are, what services we offer and how we can work in partnership with organisations to achieve gender equality
