Kidney Supportive Care Symposium is an opportunity to hear from a leading International speaker and to learn about developments in Kidney Research and Supportive Care.

Registration
Early Bird Registration $120: Open to 31 January, 2019
Standard Registration $150: 1 February to 2 April, 2019
Your registration fee includes morning tea and lunch.

The Privacy Act 2001 provides that before your name and address details can be published in the list of delegates or any other party, you must consent. Please nominate your preference for being included in the list of delegates by selecting yes or no on the upcoming page of the registration which asks your consent to send your details to sponsors.
