About

Should I Say Something? is an interactive educational program designed to increase mental health literacy and helping behaviours in community members in contact with those developing or experiencing an eating disorder. It is an introductory level workshop for people who do not have professional expertise in eating disorders but who work with those at risk. This workshop is relevant and appropriate for professionals such as teachers, sport/fitness professionals, youth, community/welfare workers.
