In the 1980's economic boom, Bigg Developments is a large company riding the crest of the property wave. It has big plans for a world class resort called Majestic Palms in a sleepy little coastal town of Sunny Cove. However there is a minor glitch which threatens the project. Will their pipe dream become a reality or will it be dumped in a wipeout?
