Philip Johnson has recently gone back to the kitchen at E'cco's new location in Newstead and will develop an enticing menu to perfectly match champagnes from the Jacquart Collection, including their newly released Blanc de Blanc Vintage 2012 - a masterpiece from Chaef de Cave, Floriane Eznack.
