We are very excited to have Lydia Lassila, Physiohealth Essendon &
Gymnastics Victoria on board for our very first 

Wellness Workshop
Sunday 19th May 2019
2.15 - 5.00pm

(Program will commence at 2.30pm sharp) 

Book your tickets for a day of inspiration and information from Lydia,
her journey with gymnastics and becoming an aerial skiing Olympic legend.
The highs, lows and tips on how she achieved her goals.

David from Physiohealth will educate us on the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation and recovery.

Gymnastics Victoria will provide information to parents to help them understand the sport of gymnastics,
the pathways and processes available to all abilities and their plan for the future.

All sesssions will invlove interactive discussions.

ATTENDANCE:

The information that will be shared at this Workshop is highly valuable for both gymnasts and parents.
Attending with an parent is not compulsory, feel free to drop off and pick up.

Numbers are strictly limited, so get in quick to secure your spot!
This event is suitable for school aged Niddrie gymnasts only and one accompanying parent.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate siblings.

Entry fee is $15.00 per gymnast, $10 per adult.
(light refreshments included)
