A unique sound meditation event with Katie Underwood under the magnificent Norla Dome at the Mission to Seafarers, Melbourne. An interactive experience over 3 hours with live sound, guided visualisations, vocal toning & group healing. Relaxing, uplifting & profoundly peaceful. Katie will lead you on a journey of self-discovery with her voice, drums, chimes, handpan, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls. Yoga mat & cushion provided. BYO blanket.
