LiveLighter Relay Clinic (CANCELLED)
This clinic is perfect for any ability of swimmer to help in preparation for the Golden Groper Relays on 3rd August. Kareena Preston has worked in the swimming industry for over 25 years, coaching high performance since 2005. Kareena will cover the following: Rules of Relays - specifically the changeovers, Types of Relay Changeovers - stationary changeover, step changeover, practice of both types of changeovers, full relay race practice.
