This online booking process is easily completed by accurately following the steps involved.
On the following screens you will be prompted to -
- Indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase for each different type of registration, the Conference Dinner, or the Foundation Breakfast.
- Complete your details as the Primary Person responsible for this booking.
- Complete additional information as requested for each ticket you are purchasing.
- Remember that an asterisk (*) indicates you need to complete that section.
- Review the Shopping Cart that lists the tickets you are purchasing and costs.
- Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions (Cancellation & Refund Policy) as detailed.
- Complete the payment process, for which you will be required to provide your credit card details.
- You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed your purchase.
Cancellation and Refund Policy - We understand circumstances change, unfortunately we will have limited flexibility once we have confirmed venues and speakers etc. Therefore the following guidelines are advised relative to any requests for refunds – For a Full Refund we must receive your request before the 13/2/20. Any requests received after 13/2/20 but before 13/3/20 will be eligible for a 50% Refund - no refunds will be possible for any cancellations notified after 13/3/20. All requests for refunds must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
