About

The Moreton Bay Dementia Alliance presents: 'Walk With Me' - A community awareness campaign to kickstart National Dementia Action Week 2019. Join us on a 3klm walk from Crockatt Park; this is a community event open to all supporting people living with dementia and their carers by walking together as a symbol of how we want to create a dementia friendly Redcliffe and Moreton Bay. The event will also include an expo of local support services, businesses, live music and guest speakers.
