This class is a playful improvisational movement class for adults and kids. Adults will be keeping an eye on the smaller humans in their care while we all together dance our bodies through sound, stories, games and loving chaos! We welcome kids of all ages to join, however they choose to participate. This might mean following along, sleeping in the pram, crying, feeding or looping the loop.
*Note: One ticket includes one adult and one child - all children must be accompanied.
