Last year 350+ pooches and their owners descended, in costume, in Port Melbourne for Port’s HOWL-O-Ween, embarking on the biggest Doggy Trick or Treat ever seen. This year we aim to set our own record to be the largest Doggy Costume Parade in Australia – and YOU could be part of it!
