About

From September 19-22, Soundstream will host the 4th edition of the Emerging Composers' Forum (ECF), one of Australia’s most prestigious platforms for emerging Australian composers. The ECF provides emerging composers with professional mentorship, pubic performance, recording and audience exposure to their music. Five composers selected as finalists vie for three $4000 commissions.

The final concert of the five finalists' works, recorded by ABC Classic FM, will be held at the iconic Studio 520
