Summer Workshop Day 3 - Construction Mania
We are excited to host the 2020 Young Engineers Summer Workshops at Artemis, a global educational facility shortlisted as a finalist in the World Architecture Festival.
Children can spend the full day at this amazing learning space, participating in various Science, Technology, Engineering Art & Maths(STEAM) activities. They will build, code, design and create using Lego robotics equipment and a variety of other art and craft material.

Day 2- We will build complex structures and Lego robots used in construction. We will also conduct different art activities and games that use mathematical and engineering principles to solve problems in 3d design!
Children will:
- Build and experiment with complex Lego machines, learning mechanical engineering principles behind them
- Make art projects to develop creativity & design thinking skills
- Understand the importance of innovation and engineering in human endeavour.
- Be inspired to become future innovators, thinkers and shapers of a world dominated by technology.
- Build and work according to their age and ability
Please note:
- Children who attend regular YE classes will also benefit immensely from this program as we explore new topics and ideas. Machines built and topics learnt are NOT COVERED in regular after school classes.
- You only need to send snacks and water. We provide all art material, Lego, electronic equipment required for the experience.
