AKWAL'S FUNDRAISER
Come and support a family in our Community! Bingo, Live Music, DJ Miguel..
We are holding a fundraiser to support a Sudanese family in our community who have just lost their beautiful wife and mother to cancer.
Akwal came to Australia as a refugee 13 years ago due to the conflict in South Sudan. Her son Yousif was born shortly after her arrival, and went to school at St Brendan’s Primary School, Flemington where they formed a lovely community. Her husband then managed to join her four years ago. Yousif now has two young brothers aged 4 and 2.
We have a strong, generous community who are always willing to help each other. Funds raised will go towards assisting Akwal's family with daily living expenses so they can focus on supporting each other through this difficult time.

Tickets: You can purchase a table of 10 OR single tickets and join any table on the night
