About
Wildlife needs our help. Increased heat waves are killing grey-headed flying foxes, who are already listed as vulnerable. The Flying Fox Rescue Team saves as many heat stressed bats as possible, but feeding and housing survivors costs money.
In addition, the government continues to allow native ducks to be shot for sport. In the process, ducks are not only killed but large numbers are wounded and suffer pain and stress. Public education and advocacy campaigns also cost money.
