Dealing with Challenging People - Via Zoom

We live on trying times. People are displaying all kinds of unusual behaviours and in some cases acting out against those around them. In this workshop we explore what we can and can’t control about our customers and uncover strategies to assist you when people seem rude and unreasonable. We’ll discuss how to step into your customer's shoes, maintaining a positive attitude, manage and control stress, practicing active listening skills and using voice and body language to build rapport.
